1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and tc66 ("tc66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tc66.club. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the tc66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the tc66 platform and, if you have an existing account, contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the governing version in the event of any ambiguity or conflict. tc66 operates in accordance with international online gaming standards and is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all members across Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

tc66 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity offered on tc66. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use tc66:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of tc66 or any of its affiliated game providers, software suppliers, or payment partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You have the legal right to enter into this agreement in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• Your participation in online gaming does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you personally.

tc66 takes the protection of minors seriously. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has gained access to an account on this platform, please contact [email protected] immediately. tc66 will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features on tc66 — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and for updating it promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. tc66 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. When duplicate accounts are identified, tc66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and pending bonuses across those accounts without prior notice.

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh for the purpose of OTP verification during account creation and login.
• Your account password is your responsibility. You must keep it confidential and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• tc66 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any support channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tc66 support without delay and change your password immediately.

tc66 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts that have been dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review, and tc66 may contact the account holder to confirm their intention to maintain the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tc66 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tc66 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion as part of its standard transaction processing.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your tc66 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases, this occurs instantly. tc66 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or by network interruptions on the member's device.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. tc66 targets a processing window of instant to four hours for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the tc66 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• tc66 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or requests above a defined threshold.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• tc66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the member. tc66 does not levy its own withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tc66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion on the tc66 platform.

Where a bonus is awarded, the following general conditions apply unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is completed will be removed from the account balance along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.
• Certain game categories — including live casino tables, some progressive jackpot slots, and sports bets placed at odds below the stated minimum — may contribute at a reduced rate or at zero toward bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other person or account.
• tc66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the promotion by one or more members.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as a duplicate account violation under Section 3.

tc66 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility to any member at its discretion. Members who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to or withheld from their account should contact [email protected] with their account details and a description of the issue.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a member of tc66, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Opening or attempting to open more than one account on tc66, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with tc66 games, markets, or promotions in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the normal outcomes of games or sporting events.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or pricing mistakes in the platform's odds or game configurations for financial gain. tc66 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds placed during a demonstrable system error.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or attempting to use tc66 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Using offensive, abusive, or harassing language in any support interaction, live chat, or community feature on the platform.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or feature of the tc66 platform without written authorisation.

tc66 actively monitors member activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Accounts found to be in breach of this section will be subject to immediate suspension and investigation. tc66 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit associated balances where a serious or repeated breach is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the tc66 platform — including but not limited to the tc66 brand name, logo, visual design, website structure, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data feeds — is the property of tc66 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tc66 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any tc66 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the tc66 name, logo, or brand assets in any external publication, website, social media account, or marketing material without written consent from tc66.
• Frame or mirror any part of tc66.club on any other website or digital property.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the tc66 platform by any means.

Game content displayed on tc66 — including slot titles, live casino streams, and virtual sports — is licensed from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in those games remain with their respective developers. tc66 operates these games under valid commercial licence agreements with each provider.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for any purpose, and tc66 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded member. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Temporary self-exclusions may be lifted after the full exclusion period has elapsed, subject to a cooling-off review.

Suspension by tc66: tc66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable grounds to believe any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious transaction activity indicating potential fraud or money laundering.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes.
• A court order or direction from a competent regulatory authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

In cases of account closure initiated by tc66 due to Terms violation, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. tc66 will notify the member of the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will return any legitimately held funds where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

tc66 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tc66 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, tc66 does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tc66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the tc66 platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or communication network interruptions outside of tc66's reasonable control that result in loss of bets, game sessions, or account access.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances caused by software faults, provided that tc66 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including losses sustained during normal gameplay. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss and tc66 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays that are beyond tc66's direct operational control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tc66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

10. Amendments to These Terms

tc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tc66 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, tc66 will also notify active members of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the tc66 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
